All rates are quoted in Euro, per villa per night, and include services and taxes.

Reservation policy
All rates are quoted in Euro, per villa per night, and include services and taxes.
Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be received in writing, by fax or e-mail. Once a reservation is confirmed and then cancelled by the guest, the following applies:
For any cancellation at least 21 days before the arranged arrival date, 50% of the total reservation cost is refunded.
For any cancellation 20 days or fewer before the arranged arrival date, none of the total reservation cost is refunded.
